IT Services Alerts - Five-minute display outage of staff details for certain services, September 13th, 8am

A new version of the IT Service Desk queuing stats service will be released on Thursday, 13th September, at 8am. During this time, staff details will not display on PeopleFinder, profiles on research websites, and staff listings on some school/departmental websites for approximately five minutes. After this period, all services & websites will return to normal.
