A number of unexpected issues have arisen during this upgrade with regard to software availability within computer rooms. However, MyTrinityApps is still working and supplying software to users on the Trinity WiFi Network.

IT Services continue to work with the external supplier, currently on site, to resolve the issues. This alert will be updated when further details become available.

On Wednesday, July 25th, IT Services will be upgrading the MyTrinityApps application to improve access to the system. The service will be unavailable between 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, after which there is an 'At Risk' period between 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

If you are logged into a College computer located in a computer room/lab on July 25th, Office applications and Internet browsers will continue to work as per normal.
