IT Services Alerts - Issue with Mitel IP Phones, April 25th

We are aware of a connection issue with some Mitel IP phones and are working with suppliers to resolve.
Some colleagues have reported their extensions unavailable.
The cause of the issue is that the phone experienced a temporary logical disconnection from the server and is no longer registered on the network.
How do I remedy this?
To restore service you must push two buttons and allow the IP phone to log in and re-register with the server.
To log back in and re-register the phone please press the top left function button, enter your own extension number and press the down arrow button. The phone should re-register and start working again.
