IT Services Alerts - RESOLVED: Upgrade to IT Services and Academic Registry ticket system , January 8th

Please note that the ticket system that services IT Services and the Academic Registry will be receiving an essential upgrade on Monday, 8th January.   In order to facilitate this, the system will be unavailable from 10 pm on Sunday, 7th January until close of business on Monday, 8th January.  This means that users will not be able to create or update tickets on the IT Services and Academic Registry ticketing systems. 


During this time, you will  be able to log queries via phone or in person, as follows:

  • IT Service Desk:  Telephone: 01 896 2000 and by calling into the Service Desk in-person on the Ground Floor, Áras An Phiarsaigh.  You can also email itservicedesk@tcd.ie; however, there will be a short delay in email response.
  • Business Application Support:  You can email  asksusu@tcd.ie; however, there will be a short delay in email response.
  • Academic Registry:  Telephone: 01 896 4500 or 01 896 4501 (Trinity staff only) and by calling into the Academic Registry Service Desk, Watts Building.   You can also email academic.registry@tcd.ie, however, there will be a short delay in email response.
      

Logging a web query at ask.tcd.ie and  my.tcd.ie  will not be possible during the upgrade.  After the upgrade, all forms of contacting the above Service Desks will return to normal.
