IT Services Alerts - RESOLVED: Datapac printing service disruption, October 6th

All Datapac printers are now working as expected.

Printing can be accessed from all IT Services Computer rooms.

In order to resolve the issue preventing student printing in the below locations, Datapac printing will be unavailable in all locations for 15mins from 1pm 

What does this mean for me?

All users of Datapac printing (staff and students) will be unable to print for up to 15min from 1pm today.

Datapac have advised IT Services that student printing is currently unavailable in the following locations:

Trinity Access Programme (TAP), College Green, at the email station in School of Nursing, and in the Bioscience Lab.

Datapac are investigating the cause and once resolved this alert will be updated.

Student printing is available in all other locations.

What does this mean for me?

If you are using an ITServices Computer Room PC/MAC in one of the above locations you will not see any printers listed if you try to print.

You can use the TCDPrintanywhere solution on website and collect from a printer at another campus location.
