There will be a scheduled server update to the TCDconnect service, tomorrow Tuesday 3rd October at 08:30 am.
From 08:30-09:00 there will be a 15-20 minute disruption for new users connecting to the TCDconnect service.
Existing TCDconnect users and wired users in residences will be unaffected.
What does this mean for me:
If you are a new user and have not yet registered your device on the TCDconnect Wi-Fi service, you will be unable to connect for 15-20 mins from 08:30 tomorrow morning. Once this short window has passed you will be able to register and use the service.
If you have already registered your device and have been using TCDconnect Wi-Fi with your device, then you will experience no issue and will continue to have Wi-Fi access during this period.
Users of wired connections in student residences will not be affected.
