The data issue affecting timetable information in Trinity myday app is now resolved.

All student timetables displaying in have the correct information.

Work to resolve the data errors in some student timetables has experienced technical issues.

We are working closely with our suppliers and hope to have a resolution soon; further updates will be provided here.

The service is available, however, students are recommended to use timetable information on student portal.

What does this mean for me:

Please continue to use your calendar function on for correct timetable information.

Working with suppliers we have identified the cause of incorrect data appearing on some students timetables from within the timetable function.

To resolve the issue, the student timetable calendar in the Trinity myday app will be unavailable from 6pm on Friday the 29th Sept to 12 noon on Sunday, 1st  October to allow us to resolve some erroneous data that was displayed in some students’ calendars in the myday app. In the meanwhile, you can access your calendar via the student portal at

What does this mean for me:

 You will be unable to access your timetable from within from 18h on Friday 29th until 12h on Sunday 1st.

The timetable function will be available to all students after 12:00 on Sunday 1st October.

If you require access to your timetable during this period, the information can be found on the calendar function of the student portal,

It has been reported that some students may be receiving incorrect data in their timetables through the app/service.

IT Services are investigating the causes of this data synchronising issue to resolve it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we would ask that students confirm their timetable information at (student information portal) as the data presented here is correct. 

What does this mean for me:

If you believe that your timetable is incorrect on the app/service, please check your timetable on the portal. The correct timetable information will be viewable there.
