IT Services Alerts - RESOLVED: Essential upgrade to mytrinityapps and computer room software, August 3rd, 08:00-10:00

Due to essential system upgrades, mytrinityapps will be unavailable to users for 1hr with an additional 1hr ‘at risk’ period from 8am-10am on Thursday 3rd August.

What does this mean for me:

Students logging into computer room pcs will not be able to use the software available via the Cloudpaging App Launcher (such as SPSS, Matlab, ArcGIS and Datadesk) Standard software such as internet explorer and Microsoft Office applications will still be available, as will printing via TCD Print.

Students accessing software remotely via will not be able to use the associated software available on this service.

Once the upgrade and ‘at risk’ window has passed these applications will return to full availability.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
