IT Services have become aware of an issue affecting password.tcd.ie. The issue has been escalated to the vendor support for resolution.
Users accessing password.tcd.ie are receiving the following error:
“No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again."
What does this mean for me:
If you are receiving this error when using password.tcd.ie to change your password, your password can be changed on Windows PC via Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select “change password”
