I've noticed McAfee VirusScan is not auto updating

If VirusScan stops automatically updating, then run a manual update as explained below.  If the Auto Update task fails, right-click on the VirusScan icon in the system tray (red letter M), choose McAfee Agent - Status Monitor and click on Collect and Send Props to ensure that your machine is communicating with the server. If this fails download the latest dat.exe from the McAfee website.  If the problem persists contact the IT Service Desk for further assistance.
