IT Services Alerts - Update: Errors using Mac desktop clients to access staff email service

Following changes made to resolve this issue it currently appears that service for users of Mac email clients accessing the staff email service has been restored.

IS Services are actively monitoring the service and will take further corrective action if required.  IS Services would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

IS Services are aware of an issue for staff using client applications on Mac such as Entourage 2008 and Outlook 2011 when trying to access their College email account.  At present the advice is to use the online Outlook Web Access (OWA) service via
