IT Services Alerts - Scheduled downtime of website, 8th-11th December

The following is a message from Minitab Customer Support:

Service Interruption on from Dec. 8-11

Starting Thursday, December 8th at 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time, the website will be affected by planned maintenance activities that involve our operational and business systems.  

The maintenance window will interrupt visitor and user access to many parts of our site, including access to Quality Trainer. We expect the maintenance window to last until 4 p.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time on Sunday, December 11th.

Because of the scope of these activities, several functions provided on will be unavailable during this period, including:

  • Online Technical Support
  • Licensing Downloads including the Minitab License Manager and the Minitab License Borrowing Tool
  • Trial downloads of Minitab Products
  • Online documentation 
  • Minitab customer accounts
  • Quality Trainer

Please share this information with your organization's Minitab users so they can plan accordingly.
