IT Services Alerts - Update: SITS service upgrade (my.tcd.ie) - postponed

As communicated today by the Academic Registry, the upgrade work scheduled for 12th-15th December has been postponed and the SITS (my.tcd.ie) service will be available as normal on these dates.
Once the information is available the Academic Registry will circulate details regarding any future scheduled upgrade work and the related service impact.

The following is an announcement from the Academic Registry:
Please note that the annual SITS System Upgrade is scheduled to take place from Monday 12th December. It is expected that the upgrade will take four (4) full working days to complete and that the system will be returned to users on Friday 16th December.
To facilitate this essential work, both my.tcd.ie and SITS client will be unavailable to students, staff and applicants from Monday, 12th December until close of business on Thursday, 15th December.
A further notification regarding the resumption of service will be emailed on Thursday, 15th December.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding while this essential annual upgrade is carried out. If you experience any technical difficulties following the upgrade, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
