IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Issues authenticating with Wi-Fi services, June 28th

The underlying issue causing the Wi-Fi authentication problems has been resolved and students and staff should now be able to successfully login to Trinity Wi-Fi servicves. Work is continuring to fully restore the service, which as standard operates in high availability mode, to ensure we minimise any disruption to users of the service. We apologise for any inconvenience this service interruption has caused you today.

We are aware of an authentication issue for some staff and students trying to connect to Wi-Fi services. We are working to establish the underlying issue and updates will be posted here. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
