IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Student 'Set Password' service unavailable, some staff email options unavailable, April 12th

The services listed below are all available once more.  Further testing indicates that the Set Password service for students was actually fully operational during this period.  The other two services have been restored to normal operation.

There is currently a technical issue leading to the following services being unavilable:

  • Student 'Set Password' service (normally accessed at
  • Staff 'Set email forwarding' option for those using the older Exchange email service
  • Staff 'Request long email address' form

Work is underway to restore access to these services and updates will be posted here.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
