Full network services have been restored to the affected parts of Áras an Phiarsaigh.  Work continues to restore service in Civil Engineering and parts of the East End.

Wired network services have been restored in the affected areas around Front Square.  Network issues remain in a small number of areas such as parts of Civil Engineering, parts of Áras an Pharsaigh and parts of the East End and work is continuing to restore full services to these areas.

There was a 4-hour electrical power outage in Dublin City centre over the weekend which caused some issues with the wired data network in some areas in Trinity.  All other major central IT services remained operational throughout this period and IT Services staff have been monitoring and responding to this situation over the weekend.   At present we are aware of network connectivity issues on the wired network in a small number of areas and work is underway to restore full service.
