The intermittent internet connectivity problems Trinity is currently experiencing are related to technical issues on the European Research Network Service Provider GEANT.  Consequently, this has affected internet connectivity services from our local internet Service Provider HEAnet. Unfortunately, this problem is outside of the control of IT Services, but we are in ongoing contact with HEAnet and await a resolution of the issue.

We are aware of general internet connectivity issues which are also affecting Blackboard ( at the moment.  We are currently investigating and updates will be posted here.
