IT Services Alerts - Change in access to

From 9am on 23rd October 2015 it will only be possible to connect to the IT Service Desk online call logging system at from a device connected to the College network.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  Students and staff can continue to submit new queries and check on the status of a current query via the usual contact points for the IT Serivce Desk:
