IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Wi-Fi services disruption, 22nd October

Throughout the afternoon a small number of people were still experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi service. Normal service has been restored. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience casued.

The disruption to Wi-Fi service has been now been resolved. IT Services are currently investigating.

IT Services are aware of a current disruption to Wi-Fi service across College. We are currently investigating this issue and updates will be posted here when available.

As part of Wi-Fi service improvement works please be aware of the following scheduled work:
- On 22nd October between 8am and 12pm (4 hours) there will be a higher than normal risk of interruption to Wi-Fi services. This risk is still low and no service disruption is anticipated.
- On 29th October between 8am and 5pm there will be a rolling 30-minute period of interruption to all Wi-Fi services. This interruption will be experienced at different times depending on your location. During this period there will also be a higher than normal risk of additional disruption of Wi-Fi services while the improvement works are in progress. We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
