IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Issues with staff email, September 21st

Normal service was restored to the staff email service at approximately 10.30am.

There have been several reports of issues using staff email for those using Outlook on Mac in particular, but also for some other staff using PCs and other devices. Work is underway to restore service and updates will be posted here. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
