IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Research website profiles unavailable & reduced PeopleFinder functionality, December 4th

The underlying issue has been resolved and so research profiles and the PeopleFinder service should be returned to normal service from start of business tomorrow, Friday 5th December.

We are aware of a data issue resulting in research profiles not displaying on the Research website. There is also possibly reduced functionality on the PeopleFinder website. The underlying issue has been identified and work is underway to restore services and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Further updates will be posted here.
