IT Services Alerts - Resolved: TCDconnect registration issues from specific areas of College, November 3rd

The issues affecting some students registering new devices for the TCDconnect service have been resolved.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are aware of an issue affecting the registration of new devices onto the TCDconnect service from certain locations in College, and from Trinity Hall, Dartry.  Work is underway to identify and resolve the underlying issue.
