IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Network connectivity issues in Trinity Hall, Dartry

Normal network services were restored to Trinity Hall, Dartry at approximately 10am.

The latest information is that it appears that only a small number of students have been affected by this issue.  The problems seem to have begun at 1am on Saturday, 1st November.  Work is continuing to restore service to normal.

There have been several reports from students having difficulty connecting to the College data network in Trinity Hall, Dartry over the weekend.  Work is underway as a priority to restore service to normal and resolve any underlying issue.  This web page will be updated with the latest information.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
