IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Skype connectivity issues, September 4th

After investigations and testing the resolution for those affected is to install the latest version of Skype.  It may be necessary to uninstall the old version and then install the latest version if problems persist.

We have received some reports of issues using Skype for those connected to the College network in offices and labs.  Work is underway to determine the cause of these issues and updates will be posted here.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
