The problems connecting to TCDwifi-firststeps in certain locations have been resolved. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The problems connecting to TCDwifi-firststeps appear to be restricted to certain locations. Work is continuing to resolve the underlying issue. As outlined below, the TCDconnect service and student Wi-Fi are operating normally and students can register their device by following the relevant configuration instructions.

We have received reports of issues for some students in connecting to the student TCDwifi-firststeps network, required in order to register for the TCDconnect service. Work is underway to restore service and updates will be posted here. In the meantime students should still be able to carry out the steps to register a device for the TCDconnect service as the TCDconnect service itself is operational and not impacted. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
