Progress was made last week in testing a solution for Windows users on the TCDconnect service wanting to print to the Ricoh printers in the College computer rooms. It is hoped to finalise this testing and publish the new solution before the end of this week. IS Services and Ricoh would once more like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

IS Services continue to work with Ricoh in order to restore the service for TCDconnect users who wish to print to the Ricoh printers in the College computer rooms. A further update will be published here towards the end of next week (week beginning 6th December).

IS Services are continuing to work with Ricoh in order to restore the service for those TCDconnect users who wish to print to the printers in the College computer rooms. Issues have been identified with the settings as currently provided and testing is ongoing. Those wishing to install the drivers should check back here for confirmation that the instructions have been updated.

The instructions on the IS Services website regarding TCDconnect users installing the Ricoh print drivers in order to print in the College computer rooms are currently incorrect and will be updated. Those wishing to install the drivers should check back here for confirmation that the instructions have been updated. IS Services and Ricoh would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
