IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Sporadic issue affecting access to staff email service, February 13th

Shortly after the previous update the underlying issue was identified with normal service then restored and all queued emails cleared by 10.30am.

Some people using Outlook or Entourage are also reporting issues accessing the staff email service. Work is continuing to restore access and we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are aware of an issue affecting some staff trying to reach http://go.tcd.ie in order to access their email via Outlook Web Access (OWA). The issue is being looked into as a matter of priority and updates will be posted here.
