IT Services Alerts - Resolved: Partial interruption to TCDconnect service, January 24th

The issue with TCDconnect registration, described below, was resolved by approximately 7pm on Friday, 24th January. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are aware of an issue affecting those who wish to register for the TCDconnect service and who are in College residences on campus, or using the Wi-Fi in the front half of College. The TCDconnect service itself is operating as normal and work is underway to restore the TCDconnect registration service to normal.

Please note that we received reports of a connectivity issue affecting the TCDconnect service between 11.15am and 11.45am. The issue appears to be resolved now. Any further update will be posted here.
