IT Services Alerts - Update: Fraudulent email with blank Subject, January 13th

Update: Monday, 13th January 2014, 12.45pm

IS Services has received reports today of another phishing message in circulation with a blank Subject line, as shown below. Please be aware that the link contained within the phishing message has been carefully constructed in a way to appear as if it is from a trusted site.

Always remember that IS Services will never ask you for your username and password information through an email and that you should be extra vigilant about not opening unexpected emails or clicking on any links within those emails.

Please note that another phishing email from a different email address ("Harden, Charles S." )is in circulation.  The content to this new phishing message is similar to the content posted below.

IS Services has received reports of a phishing message in circulation, as shown below.  Please ignore this email should you receive it as it is fraudulent and is a 'phishing' attempt.  The email should be deleted.  If you have replied to this email or clicked on the link contained in the email body please report to the IS Services Helpdesk at the earliest opportunity.
