IT Services Alerts - Fraudulent email with subject 'NOTICE', December 20th

IS Services has received reports of a phishing message in circulation, as shown below.  Please ignore this email should you receive it as it is fraudulent and is a 'phishing' attempt.  The email should be deleted.  If you have replied to this email or clicked on the link contained in the email body please report to the IS Services Helpdesk at the earliest opportunity.  An overview of the email content is provided below.  If you would like to know more about phishing attempts please see our overview of phishing.

Body: Dear Subscriber,

We'll shortly flick the switch and move you across to a new-look webmail system, complete with a new interface and better performance.

Please be aware that as your new webmail is still being trialled, calendar and contact information entered in the new system is only temporary and will be lost when we switch off the old system. All of your calendars from the old system will be carried forward.
