Transcripts
The International Admissions desk processes exam results attained by Erasmus and other exchange students, non-EU visiting and EU visiting students. The transcripts of those results are then sent by post directly to the student's home university, usually during the summer months. These results are not available online, through e-mail or over the phone.
Archived Transcripts
Anyone who studied in Trinity as an Erasmus student, exchange student, non-EU visiting student or EU visiting student in previous years can obtain an archived transcript from the International Office. The Student Records Office prepares academic transcripts for all Full Degree Non-EU students.
Transcripts 2013/2014
Official Transcripts of results for Erasmus and other exchange students, non-EU visiting and EU visiting students are issued during the months of July and August annually and are currently being prepared.
Before International Admissions can issue students’ transcripts, we must have received all examination and assessment results from the relevant departments and schools. Once results have been received, they are assembled and transcripts are prepared and distributed. This is a prolonged process but every effort is made to ensure that students get their transcripts in the shortest possible time. The International Office will be unable to prepare your transcript until ALL of your departments have returned results to us.
We will do our utmost to assist those who genuinely require their transcript urgently for an exceptional reason such as to meet a deadline for application to a postgraduate course. However, we do require an official letter or email from the home university stating the reason if a transcript is deemed urgent.
Results are due to be published at the end of June 2013 and should then be available to view through mytcd.ie
Results cannot be issued through e-mail or given over the phone. Transcripts are posted to the student's home university.
