I would like you think about the candidates whom you gave your 1sr, 2nd, 3rd and 4th preference votes to on the ballot paper you have filled out a few moments ago. For each of these candidates I would like you to indicate on the scale on the card how good you think each candidate would be in terms of CONTRIBUTING TO THE NATIONAL DEBATE, where '0' means you think the candidate would not be very good and '10' means you think the candidate would be very good
