Trinity’s Visual Identity
The Strategic Plan 2014-2019 states that that the work on Trinity's visual identity should be completed, ensuring optimal consistency across the university; and that a balance should be achieved "between the heritage elements of Trinity's identity and the innovation in education and research articulated in this strategy."
In response, a small working group was tasked with developing a visual identity that can be applied consistently and with clarity across all materials and that incorporated the feedback from the University community. The working group consulted with more than 40 invited groups of students, scholars, staff, fellows, alumni and retired staff across the University. We also issued open invitations to all students, staff and alumni for additional consultation sessions.
The proposals, amended in light of the constructive feedback received, were approved by Board in December 2014. All staff can now view the revised visual identity and visual identity guidelines on this website. I am grateful to all who participated in the consultation process and hope you will find this website useful.
