Employee Assistance Programme
An extensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) has been operational in Trinity College since November 2006. The external provider, Positive People Company (PPC), has a detailed website advising of the broad range of services available including telephone and face-to-face counselling, debt counselling, self help services, and a telephone information service advising on tax, social welfare, health and other matters. The service is available to all staff and their families and is strictly confidential.

Other PPC Employee Assistance Programme Services
Lost Keys Return Service - log on to the website / phone the reception (freephone) at 1800 409 476 You will be issued with a key ring card with a unique identifier, which will request the finder to forward the keys to PPC who will then use the identifier to send you your keys.

Home telephone counselling - you can book a regular 'home' telephone counselling slot if you are unable, for any reason, to attend at any of the services.
Accessibility Information
For staff with disabilities there are some additional features which can be used to assist in enabling services :
- Braille booklets setting out the full range of services available to staff;
- Wheelchair access in the majority of services;
- Emailing/minicom or texting queries and requests - You can text your query on consumer or citizens advice/ or counselling requests to 0044 1865 397497. You can also email to : askus@ppcworldwide.com. Minicom is also available.
