Supportive Work Environment
Creating a supportive work environment is essential to promoting the employment of people with disabilities and to providing equal participation and career development. This endeavour is undertaken collaboratively between managers, staff with disabilities, other colleagues and relevant stakeholders. The College guidelines on the Code of Practice applying to the Employment of People with Disabilities in Trinity College Dublin outline some steps managers and staff may take to help create a supportive environment.

Accessing our service
Our reception area is based on the ground floor of house 4, Front Square.
Our opening hours are 9.15 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. to 5.10 p.m., Monday to Friday.
We have a portable induction loop for use throughout the building. Information can also be sought via email from HR, email address hr@tcd.ie. Our staff have experience of working with interpreters to assist members of the College Community during face to face meetings. As you may be aware interpreters need to be booked in advance of meetings.
