Louise is currently Learning and Development Manager, in Human Resources, provides leadership and management in the area of staff performance and learning and development, delivering programmes and initiatives.  A seasoned HR professional, Louise has worked across a range of specialist areas including recruitment and resourcing; industrial and staff relations; equality; promotions; probations; pensions and benefits.    Louise has worked in Trinity College Dublin since 1984, having previously worked in a Faculty Office; a Student Service Area; and Facilities.  She has a special interest in equality, justice, fairness and team development.

Michael has worked in Trinity College since 2017. His experience includes over 20 years in Learning and Development in the Telecoms sector.

He joined the Human Resources Team in 2017. In his current role as Learning and Development Specialist,  Michael’s specific areas of expertise include staff training and development, management and leadership development, induction, performance management,  team development, competency frameworks, mentoring & coaching,

Linda joined Trinity College in 2015 having previously worked on Department of Education initiatives. She has extensive experience coming from many years working in the commercial industry. Linda was originally recruited to HR Performance & Review team working on probations and promotions dealing with senior college staff. In her current role as Learning and Development Executive Officer,  Linda’s areas of expertise includes organising for staff training and development, induction, Mentoring, Usshers, FIS procurement and iExpenses, funding support for externally accredited courses, study and exam leave.

David joined Trinity College in December 2016 having previously worked for Mercer. During his 15 years with Mercer he worked on a number of private and public sector pension schemes ranging from small to large multinational clients.

Liza joined Trinity's HRIS team in August 2011. HRIS provides support for all users of HR systems, including backend users within HR and FSD, Core Portal and HR Forms Hub users across Trinity. Liza is also involved in project work, developing new functionality for HR systems and supporting users.
