Process for forms submitted outside Recruitment
via Principal Investigator, Centre Administrators or Human Resources Partners
(includes Board & Council Nomination Form submitted directly to Recruitment
by the Human Resources Partner and via the Faculty Executive Committee Spreadsheet)

nomination process work flow

  1. Board & Council Nomination for Appointment Form is completed and signed off by the Nominating Committee or Principal Investigator, Head of School and Human Resources Partner confirming that the information is complete and accurate. The signed names on the form are accountable for ensuring that all information is correct and the form is fully completed. The form is submitted by the Human Resources Partner via boardandcouncil@tcd.ie  to the Recruitment Executive.
  2. Recruitment Executive reviews the Board & Council Nomination for Appointment Form and confirms the details are complete and signed off. If the form is incomplete the form is returned via boardandcouncil@tcd.ie using the Incomplete Nomination Form Letter.
  3. Recruitment Executive completes the Board & Council Nomination for Appointment template for Board & Council and submits to the Talent Acquisition Manager for review and sign off. Recruitment Executive emails the submitting party that the Nomination has been submitted.
  4. Spreadsheet & Board & Council Nomination Forms are emailed and delivered to the Secretary’s Office by 5pm the day before the circulation date.
