HR Partners (HRPs)

The Human Resources Partners (HRPs) are a network of HR professionals aligned with the strategic and operational objectives of Trinity College. They provide HR services to the Deans, Heads of Schools, and the leaders of the Academic, Corporate and Financial Services Divisions. The HRPs are strategic partners to these leaders and contribute to the University’s mission and values.

The HRPs have responsibility for strategic HR management and facilitate the flow of information between the central HR Department, Deans, Heads of Schools and the leaders of the Academic, Corporate and Financial Services Divisions.

The HRPs encourage the activation of talent and strengthen the academic and professional staff community in line with the College strategic plan 2014-2019.
