HR Information Systems

HR Information Systems (HRIS) is responsible for delivering and supporting the information systems that underpin the efficiency and delivery of  Human Resource Services across the spectrum. 

The scope ranges from transactional system support to deployment of system solutions to enable strategic objectives: improving  process efficiency, reducing the cost and time spent on mundane tasks, improving the overall experience of employees and HR professionals, provision of management intelligence, business process re-engineering and programme management of the HRIS workstream.
