Employee Relations

The Employee Relations team is headed by the Employee Relations Manager. The Employee Relations team provides best practice HR advice and assistance to managers and staff on all aspects of Employee Relations including HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, and the management of change. Engage with the trades unions on behalf of College and provide the defense of claims to the Workplace Relations Commission. The team also advises on: Workplace Change, Managing Absenteeism, Grievance, Discipline, Dignity and Respect, Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme.
