The HR strategy 2014-2019 is a response from the HR function to the University’s Strategic Plan 2014 – 2019. It builds on the previous HR Strategy, ‘Excelling Together’, produced for the period 2013-2015. It is written from the perspective that the Human Resources function is a strategic partner for the university. The aim of this document is to present the vision, mission and values for the HR function in Trinity College, as well as to outline the strategic priorities, goals and plan for the coming five years. It is an ambitious programme which see HR transform over the coming years.
