We are Changing
HR would like to update you about a number of new and existing developments and would also like to thank you for your continued support.
Over the past year, HR have been working to transform the way we do business and how best we can deal with the heavy demand on our services.
- Our website has been re-designed to enable you to find the answer to many questions.
- Monthly paid staff also have access to some online services through the Core Portal which is easily accessed via the website.
- There are times when you would like to contact us personally and we are delighted to announce the launch of our new HR Service Centre. We have dedicated front-line staff dealing with your personal HR queries and they now offer an increased level of service to resolve your queries as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- The Service Centre will be open from 09:00-17.30 (Mon-Thurs) and 09:00-17:00 (Fri) remaining open through lunchtime.
In addition to this, all our policies and forms are located in a user-friendly HR A-Z section on the website which enable you to easily locate the information you require. We have added the following enhancements to our new site:-
