The Recruitment Section on the Ground Floor of House 4 issues Staff ID cards on Monday - Friday 9:15 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 17:00.
You must be on the payroll system for at least 48 hours before you can get your Staff ID. Generally email accounts and passwords are available when you are collecting your Staff ID, but occasionally you will have to visit the IS Helpdesk (Aras an Phiarsaigh) to be issued with it.
If you are not on the payroll system and are working within College you may be entitled to limited access to College systems. Application form for inclusion on the associate system (doc 42 KB) must be completed and authorised by Head of School or Vice Dean.
If you are intending to borrow from the Library your Library Bond form (PDF 101 kB) must have been completed and returned to the Library before the correct Staff ID can be issued. The Staff ID will have the correct borrowing rights embedded in it.
