Partnership Committee
The Staff Relations Manager is Secretary to the College’s Partnership Committee, which meets once a month. The Committee is chaired jointly by the Chief Academic Officer and a representative from the College congress of trade union group. The Committee membership includes management nominations and staff representatives from each of the trade unions in College. The Committee is an invaluable forum for the orderly progression of College change initiatives identified under the national performance verification process.
