Staff Relations Team
The Staff Relations and Pensions team is headed by the Staff Relations Manager. The staff relations team provide best practice HR advice and assistance to managers and staff on all aspects of employee relations including HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, and the management of change. The team also administers and advises on College staff schemes and benefits.
