Staff Planning & Payroll
The work of the Staff Planning Section both informs and influences the activity of the Recruitment Section in the filling of appointments, and, through the administration of the post management facility of the CORE HR system and the Payroll function, implements the outputs of Recruitment. The section deals also with the College's annual pay estimates in conjunction with the Treasurer's Office. The section also deals with all management information required in respect of College staff, and the requests for staff data from external bodies. All matters relating to Graduate Studentships, including arrangements with the Revenue Commissioners and the payment of student stipends are dealt with in this Section. This Section also deals with all matters relating to Maternity Leave.
