Strategic Planning Workshops

This workshop is aimed at supporting Heads of School, Deans of Faculty and other Heads of Unit to work together with their teams to develop a shared set of  goals and expectations which in turn helps them progress toward achieving personal and organizational objectives.

The one day workshop, we will guide your team through a concise but comprehensive approach to planning that will enable you to effectively address the near-and long-term needs of your team. The emphasis is on participation to generate a sense of common purpose among all staff – academic, administrative and technical – in your school, faculty or other unit.
