Faculty HR Advisers

Trinity College has implemented a restructuring programme, featuring devolved decision making and accountability to academic units, supported by efficient value adding support functions. The primary Academic unit is the Faculty, and each Faculty, led by the Dean, has a dedicated HR presence through the Faculty HR Adviser. The HR Adviser is responsible for delivering high quality HR services to support the people and staffing activities within the Faculty.

The HR Adviser is the first point of contact with the Faculties, s/he has direct, or liaison responsibility for the management of HR processes that facilitate staff planning, recruitment, probation, induction and employee relations, and facilitates the flow of information between the Human Resources Department the Faculty Dean and Faculty.

The HR Advisers all have substantial practical HR experience including organisational restructuring and change management programmes.
