Customer Feedback/Issues Procedure

If you have any issue with, or feedback regarding, any aspect of our service, you can let us know by the following means:

  2. Each Faculty and Division has been assigned a Finance Partner. You may contact your Finance Partner to assist you with matters relating to budgets, financial planning and operations. A list of the current Finance Partners may be found here: Finance Partners

You will receive an email acknowledgement upon receipt of the form/email and your issue will be fully investigated by the Financial Services Division. We will endeavour to provide a response within 5 working days.
