If this is a new external customer a New Customer Credit Account Application Form will have to be completed and sent to accounts receivable.

For those without access to self service in Oracle, please complete an Invoice Request Form and send to Accounts Receivable. Make sure to include the activity code you wish the income to be allocated to. Accounts Receivable will then raise the invoice and email the customer.

The cut-off point for receipt of invoices is the last day of each calendar month.
